To my community!

Minutes away from the next chapter of my life, I am re reading the previous ones. I cannot lie to myself, I have no idea how I am still here, breathing, experiencing life.

Yeeeeeaaahh, I know! That's not exactly what was expected from this text, huh?

But I will be 100% honest:

If it was not for my community, my friends, my day ones, the sisters and brothers life gave me throughout life,

It it was not for my people holding me tight, answering my calls, my messages, spending some quality time,

If it was not for them who helped me, guided me, supported me, through thick and thin;

If it was not for those random calls, those random messages, those random videos or memes sharing;

If it was not for those who heard me complain, for those who hugged me, those who cooked for me;

If it was not for those who poured into me when I was empty, for those who spoke highly in my life when I no longer had the energy to do it;

If it was not for those who STILL believe in me, even when I had stopped doing so;

If it was not for everyone involved in my life, today, I definitely would not have been here today.

Although I do it all the time, I want to take this time to thank them for what they do, who they are, their input in my life. Those who were there and no longer are and for those who were there and still are and for those to come, thank you and I love you! We will meet at the top.

This week, some people I know have lost someone because they have unalived themselves. I was reading people's posts and comments. There are lot of questions, and maybe some guilt out there. Some said it was clear as day, some are shook.

Today, I ring the alarm because, now more than ever is the moment to tighten your circle, to reach out to someone just because.

Today, I ring the alarm because, now more than ever is the moment to get out of this individualism lifetstyle we're in, because it does not benefit us.

Today, I ring the alarm because, now more than ever is the moment to schedule a moment with someone you have not seen in a moment. Be physically with them if possible.

Take this time, talk to them, share your experiences, you will understand that you are not alone. All of us is going through something. We're just not talking about them out loud.

Although this does not replace professional help, it is a great addition to it. We need one another more than ever.

If you are in the USA or in Canada, you can have professional help for you or a loved one by contacting the Suicide and life crisis line 988 by text or call.
